Rib roast

So, what's your pleasure? Do you choose standing rib roast of beef, or crown roast of pork? We're going with the prime rib this Christmas dinner. After you pay the butcher, the rest is easy. It virtually cooks itself. We can't wait.

I had my kids over and doing all the cooking myself. Even my ex is coming. Yeah, right. We had country ham. I cooked it in the oven at a high heat and then turned the oven off and left it for several hours. It's pretty good.
